Actually there are really only about three or four thousand people in existence on the Planet Earth. Everyone else is just a clone of these select few. God's job is to keep you from running into your clone.
The unrefutable proof of this reality comes at half time at a football game. If there are 80,000 fans at the game, then there must be twenty or more clones of each person at the game. During half time, God must work hard to make sure that no one runs into their clone, so it takes forever to get from your seat to the hot dog stand, to the restroom and back to your seat.
